3. User Accounts

Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refunds and Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. User Content

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload, including product catalogs, customer information, and order data. You represent that you have all necessary rights to such content.

By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI Processing

While we use AI technology to process invoices and extract product information, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying all AI-processed data before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FULL TRUCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Full Truck from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
